Jack L. Richardson

Jack Richardson is retired from the Arizona Department of Public Safety. Nineteen years of his career was spent in the Central Regional Crime Laboratory as one of three officers responsible for analyzing traffic collisions and providing expert testimony. Mr. Richardson currently works for Arizona Department of Transportation as an Investigator in the Risk Management section. He is a licensed private investigator and works part-time as a consultant for Collision Engineering Associates, Inc. Mr. Richardson has been involved in the accident reconstruction community for over 35 years.
